Already 5 days in Iran !
It was very nice to meet Laurent again, he had been waiting in Bandar Abbas for 6 days already. However my first 2 days in Bandar Abbas were dreadful: it is so bloody hot over there ! Probably over 45 degres. Walking 10 minutes in the street and you are out of order ...
We were the only 2 westerners in the city, everybody wondered what we were doing here with such a heat ... well, actually you were waiting for the motorbike to arrive ..... and still are ! No news from the shipment company .... we hope we won't have to wait too long. So meanwhile we decided to visit Iran by bus and head back to Bandar Habbas as soon as we get the delivery confirmation. We are now in Shiraz for 2 days and are going to visit the fabulous site of Persepolis tomorrow with one afghani woman we met yesterday in a tea house while smoking a waterpipe ... Iranian people are incredibly friendly, they all do their best to make sure we are at ease. We really enjoy being here !
PS: Certains amis de Ha Noi se demandaient avant mon depart si il y avait en Iran autant de photos de l'Ayatola Khomeni dans les rues que celles de Ho Chi Minh au Vietnam ...

Je dois dire que je n'en ai vu aucune a Bandar Habbas, et du coup je pensais que je n'en verrai pas du tout en Iran, mais j'ai commence a en voir une a mon arrivee a Shiraz c'est-a-dire le troisieme jour de mon arrivee et depuis j'en vois tres regulierement ... Et je ne me lasse pas de les regarder ! :-)

Je vais repondre ce que tu t'as demande sur les photos de M.Khomeini en Iran. En fait, on les trouve partout mais surtout dans les organisations officielles. Ils sont toujours dans les chambres des hautes fonctionnaires ou agents d'Etat. Ceux qui ont un rapport important avec ce gouvernement ont son image meme dans leurs maisons.
Alors, j'espere que la moto est arrive en ce moment et que vous n'etes plus oblige de rester dans cet enfer Iranien qu'est Bandra Abbas !!
Dis mes meilleurs bonjours a Laurent. Si vous aurez temps de passer a Chiraz, ca nous fais tres ravi de vous revoir!!
